Caprock Project is a three-warehouse facility development in Phoenix, continuing from a previous phase completed by our team. The initial phase included four buildings and a roadway crossing. For this phase, our scope included installation of SRP primary and secondary conduit, Cox Communications conduit, and concrete demolition and restoration to tie into the SRP splice point.
Luke Field is a three-warehouse industrial development where our team delivered complete dry utility infrastructure, including installation of Arizona Public Service (APS) power systems, as well as Cox Communications and Lumen Technologies communication conduits. The scope also included full streetlight installation to support site accessibility and safety. Our team ensured efficient coordination and high-quality execution across all utility systems to support the project's operational readiness.
